A seasoned business strategist, executive coach, and transformational leader, Dr. Uvie-Emegbo brings over 17 years of expertise in digital transformation, operational excellence, and leadership development across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Dr. Uvie-Emegbo’s appointment marks a bold step in Nova’s mission to redefine business education in Africa. With a career spanning senior leadership roles in banking, technology, and executive education—including his previous tenure at CEIBS Africa, Lagos Business School, and Strathmore Business School—he is uniquely positioned to shape Nova into Africa’s premier business school for leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
