Tema Marine Port Expansion

The Tema Port Expansion project represents one of Ghana's most significant infrastructure investments funded through oil revenue. This transformative initiative has expanded the port's capacity by constructing a new 3.5km breakwater and deepening the harbor to accommodate larger vessels.

The project has created over 5,000 jobs and enhanced Ghana's position as a regional trade hub. With modern container terminals and advanced logistics systems, the expanded port can handle triple its previous capacity, leading to improved import/export efficiency and reduced costs for businesses across the country.
