Biography

Gwen Gyimah Addo is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and advocate for youth and women’s economic empowerment. As Vice-President & Director of the Centre for Women, Entrepreneurship & Youth at Nova Business School Africa, she leads initiatives that equip aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders with the skills to drive sustainable growth and innovation.  

She is the founder and CEO of The Hair Senta, a leading African human hair processing and wig manufacturing company. Previously, she spent six years at Standard Chartered Bank Ghana before transitioning fully into entrepreneurship. Gwen holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA from CEIBS.

A passionate mentor and speaker, Gwen authored “Direction: A Mix of Essential Life Principles” and co-founded HIBS Africa, a platform that connects beauty professionals globally. Her contributions have earned her awards such as the CEIBS Global Impact Award and 40 Under 40 Sales & Marketing Award.
